Julie Gavin-Freeman

Julie Gavin-Freeman is a Professional Anatomist who holds several accreditations in the medical, massage therapy, yoga, and equine professional fields. She is a registered yoga therapist, Board Certi-fied practitioner of complementary and alternative medicine, licensed massage therapist, certified re-flexology, and holds master of acupressure. Is also a A&P department head, higher education instruc-tor, and PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) Registered In-structor, Driving Level 1 Instructor, Equine Specialist, And Mentor for Riding and Driving. She holds a science degree. Julie has taught in a variety of educational settings for over 17 years covering a range of topics including but not limited to anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, histology, ethics, business practices, documentation, medical terminology, massage applications and advanced tech-niques. In addition to her work with private practice clients and the community. She has co authored published research, papers, presentations, and written curriculums/course work. Julie's educational mission is to focus on scientific material utilizing a combination of information sharing, antidotal teach-ing and dialectical methods to facilitate critical thinking and efficacy.
